Eugene C. "Gene" Brooks IV earned his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Practicing in Georgia since 1982, he possesses extensive litigation experience in a wide range of cases. Gene Brooks honed his litigation skills for 10 years with another Georgia law firm before opening his solo practice in 1993. He has since become a renowned litigator in defective drug cases, successful suing numerous pharmaceutical manufacturers and doctors.
