GENE BROOKS: And who have developed breast cancer from Prempro. Clients often ask me if their drug case will be filed as a class action. It won't be. But if it's filed in federal court, then it will likely be sent to an NDL court where the judge makes decisions that affect all the cases. Then the individual cases are sent back to their home court for trial. This means that your drug case has to be prepared for trial with appropriate experts and evidence specific to your case. If you file a drug case, then you'll have to answer a fact sheet that the NDL judge has approved. The completion of the information in the fact sheet will take a lot of time and effort. We directly work with our clients to complete these fact sheets. We've done a lot of this and we know what it takes to get it done right. If we can help you, give us a call.
