Harmful or Dangerous Vaccines

Vaccines can cause injury to persons who take them. These injuries are rare and unexpected, but the medical community recognizes that injuries do occur. In an effort to provide for persons injured by vaccines, the federal government has set up a Vaccine Procedure in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. A complaint must be filed along with all medical records and a detailed explanation of when the vaccine was taken the injuries the patient believes occurred because of the vaccine.
