Our legal system is only as good as the people in it.
At Brooks Law Office, we are committed to upholding the highest level of professionalism in the practice of law. We know that our legal system is only as good as the people in it. We strive to be the best that we can be, so that our justice system is the best that it can be.
Our office respects the legal profession, and we work hard to maintain it through integrity and vigilance. We are committed to competent representation and the highest level of professionalism for our clients. We have served our clients and profession through years of practice in law offices and courtrooms throughout the state, as well as through service as an elected officer in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
Our organized staff is familiar with the courtroom and committed to preparation. We treat every case as if trial is the endpoint. In the courtroom, we strive to teach the jury the facts. The jury should not only be taught the law, but also the facts that are relevant to our clients’ case. We know that details such as medicine and insurance are crucial to the jury’s full understanding of the case.
In personal injury law, information is constantly changing and being updated. We must continuously learn and research the latest facts. Each case is different and requires individual study. We are committed to reading medical and law journals, as well as researching the points that are specific to our clients’ case.
Being accountable and learning from colleagues is important for our professional growth. In our experience, this collaborative learning happens in a couple of ways. Through active membership in professional law organizations, exchanges of information and practices can further our service to our clients. We also believe reading; as well as publishing peer-reviewed articles keep us current in our own understanding of the law.
